Hello,

Kindly find below for my requirement for High Frequency ADC. Kindly share me ADC the part number for below requirement.

AC Performance

Sampling rate: Upto 500MSps (16Bit resolution)

Amplifier Analog Bandwidth: 500MHz

THD : -93dB

SINAD:80dB

SNR:80dB

SFDR: 90dB

DC Performance

Output Range: +/- 5V, +/- 1V

INL:+/- 150ppm FSR

DNL: +/- 100ppm FSR

DC Offset capability: +/- 5V, 50mV resolution

DC absolute accuracy: +/- 1mV( DC offset OFF)

Hi Karthikeyan,

An adjustable DC offset is not a typical feature of our ADC's. We recommend a bias tee for this if it is not an integrated feature on another device in your testing setup.

Based on your parameters, I feel the ADS54J69 would be the best fit for your application if dual input will suffice. It has an SNR listed at 75.9 dB and a maximum sample rate of 250 MSPS. This is the fastest converter with SNR over 75 dB.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an ADC capable of 80+ dB SNR at 500 MSPS. Our fastest converter with SNR over 80 dB would be the ADS5482 at 105 MSPS.
