Hi, since the ADC31JB68B has a small input range (1.7Vpp) I did not find any kind of TVS or zener that I could use to protect it against over voltage.
I would like to know if you have any suggestion?

If SFDR is critical to your application, you may have to try out a few different types to make sure they don't add too much distortion, especially as the input signal gets closer to fullscale.

The DLM-10SM is very interesting, but it is too expensive.
I will try to clip the over voltage with maybe two schottkys in series for each polarity, like the example below:
