ADC09QJ1300: skews between input channels

Hi team

I have some questions about ADC09QJ1300 as belows.
Are the four sampling channels synchronized? If so, How about the time skew performance between channels？
If the same signal is input to four channels, can I directly average between the data of the four channels to reduce the noise？

HI Marvin,

Yes all four channel inside the ADC are synchronized to each other. Yes that would be possible given the analog signal is getting to all the four ADC at same time without any phase difference between them
