ADS1298: Maximum temperature in the solder tip

Hi Experts,

Please help confirm, what is the maximum temperature that customer can use in the tip of the solder for a rework of a PCB with those components?
He do not mean the temperature of the oven but the one used in a soldering station to do a manual rework.

Can he use MSL Peak Temp(Level-3-260C-168 HR) as the max temp? Otherwise, please advise.

Hi Gerald,

On Addendum page 1, we have the packaging information for the device and peak temperatures. ADS1298CZXGT is has a peak MSL temp of Level-3-260C-168 HR. (Please click on the image for higher fidelity). Operating temp for this OPN is 0-70 C.
