Hi Hangjie,

yes, the ADS130B04-Q1 and ADS131B04-Q1 are p2p compatible.
Both devices can measure single-ended as well as differential signals. You just need to make sure the input voltages meet the requirements mentioned in the Recommended Operating Conditions in the datasheet.
