    Hi Alex,

    No, not quite.  The AMC1306M05 is an 8-pin device with +/-50mV input range while the part you are looking to replace is in a 16-pin package with a +/-200mV input range.  The closest we have to a direct replacement would be the AMC1305M25.  The pinout is a little different on the pin 1-8 side, but would still be compatible.  The other difference is the input range.  We specify a +/-250mV input linear range and the other device is only +/-200mV.
