No change, I 'm still getting the update message. The date showing in the "About" is June 18, 2021 and version 1.6.0

Sorry for the delay on this.  I have not released the latest software yet, however, you should be able to eliminate the issue by doing a complete un-install with windows add and remove programs (apps and features).  I believe you have a very old version and a new version simultaneously on your computer.   Please try this.  Once you uninstall both versions, you will be able to install the latest released version.  I should have a new version soon, and I will update you at this time.

I've done that, it still shows an update is needed... probably the one you're working on.  It's not stopping me from using the app, I can wait for the release; I brought up the issue since it seemed like it was stuck in an update loop.  Thanks for the additional information.

I have updated the software and I believe the new version will resolve your issue.  The software should be available early next week on TI.com (it takes some time to get it on the web).  I will send an additional update when it is on the web, I just wanted to give you an update.  Thanks for identifying the issue and sorry for the long delay in the fix.

I downloaded and installed the new version, I still get the pop-up for "new version available" . When I check the installed version (About) I get: Version 1.6.0 June 18 2021.  Let me know if this is the latest otherwise I'll try downloading again in a couple days.  Thanks again for working on this.

I installed the latest version (1.7000) - thanks.  When I launch I still get the newer version pop-up but it shows a installed version of 1.7000 and a latest version of 1.5000, I thought you'd want to know. Here's a screenshot.

Did this pop-up only appear once after the software was installed?  Or, does it pop-up each time you start the program

I just tested to verify; it pops up each time and now shows both as 1.70000

Let me know if you need any details to help debug.  BTW - I'm on Windows 11 Pro ARM CPU

Do you have a folder in Documents called Calculator_Data?  Does it contain a file AnalogEngineersCalculatorINFO1.txt?  Can you attach this file?  Also, show the screen shot where both show 1.7.  We don't see this on our side, whereas I could reproduce the previous issue.

Can you confirm that when you press the "about" button, you get the pop-up saying version 1.7 July 28 (see below).  I want to make sure that you actually got the update.  At this point I am unable to reproduce the issue.
