ADC14155: Typical Mass of Component

Hello,

We are doing an analysis of or board assembly process to ensure we don't have parts dropping on the bottom side while the top goes through reflow. Is there a typical mass documented for the ADC14155 we can use to help perform that analysis.

Hi Brandon,

Thank you for your patience. I have managed to find a quality report that seems to imply a mass of 145.529917 mg based on material analysis. Additionally, the MSL Classification Peak Reflow Temperature is noted as 260 degrees C.

We are still seeking even more expert information and will get back with some as soon as you can. In the meantime, is this helpful, or are there any other specific bits you might need?
