Question about the voltage of VCAP1.
In the Initial Flow at Datasheet (Page 50, Figure 53. Initial Flow at Power Up)
- However, VCAP1 is -1.3V with negative AVSS(-2.5V).
- VCAP1 shoule be above 1.1V ? or 1.1V higher than AVSS ?
PDK is works well with negative voltage of VCAP(-1.3V).
