I would like to know how critical the cap across the reference voltage pins (REFP/REFM) is toward the performance of this device? The recommendation is 10uF, would the use of a 4.7uf be adequate?

Hi Michael,

Can you let me know what pins you are referring to? I didn't see these in the datasheet.

This question got put under the wrong part. The question is regarding the ADS7957 and it would be pins 31 and 30 of the VQFN package.

Sorry, this got under the wrong device. It should have been the ADS7957. I have re-posted it as a new question un the ADS7957.
