Are there any pullup or pulldown requirements for the jtag interface? In the evaluation board package it does not show any aside from the TRST needing a pulldown when JTAG is not in use.

    JP,

    If you do not plan on using JTAG you only need to tie TRST low. This pin does not have an internal pulldown resistor. 

    If you plan on using JTAG mode, just make sure the minimum high-level input voltage is at least 1.26V and the maximum low-level input voltage is no higher than 0.54V. There are no pullup or pulldown requirements.
