My customer has the following abnormal problems when using Ti chip. Please confirm,
Chip model: tlv1544idr
Abnormal quantity 5pcs
The abnormal phenomenon is that the analog signal cannot be detected
1. Below is the circuit design diagram of my customer using tlv1544, which has been used stably for 8 years;
2. When problems occur, test the VREF and VCC voltages, which are 2.49v and 3.3V respectively, within the design requirements;
3. Test the input voltage of a0~a3, and there are corresponding voltage values respectively, but there is no actual output;
4. Cross verification: after replacing tlv1544, the board function returned to normal, and the abnormal tlv1544 welded to the normal board function is also abnormal.
