DAC5672-EP: About circuit review issue

Hi expert,

My customer use a DAC5672-EP with filter LT6600-10, need some suggestion about the circuit design.

Q1. Because the output range of DAC5672 and input range of LT6600-10 are different, so my customer want to shift the output level of DAC to match with LT6600-10. 

DAC5672 output level = -1 ~ 1.25V

LT6600-10 input VCM= 0~3V

How to make the output level of DAC to the range,0~3V.? 

Please kindly give us some advice about this schematic.
