ADC3660: Could it possible to use 65Msps output

Part Number: ADC3660
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADC3663

Dear Specialists,

My customer is interested in ADC3660 and ADC3663, and has a question about output sampling rate.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

---

Regarding ADC3660 and ADC3663,

Could they possible to use 65Msps output.

We need to obtain 2 or 3 consecutive data of 65Msps.

In Real Decimation, if the decimation filter could set 0, it may be feasible.

Could it possible to use this way.

In this case, which register should be set.

---

I appreciate your great help and cooperation.

Best regards,

Shinichi

  • Hi Shinichi,

The ADC3660 and the ADC3663 are both 16-bit parts with max sample rates of 65 MSPS. Depending on the customer's needs, the ADC3660 is serial CMOS only and the ADC3663 is SLVDS.

    Regards, Amy

  • Hi Amy,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I understand ADC3660 and ADC3663 can use 65MSPS output.

The DIG BYP bit set 0, DDC and decimation blocks are bypassed, the device should be lowest latency (1 ADC CLK) .

I appreciate your great help and cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Shinichi
