Hello,

We bought your ADS1018EVM to test the temperature of K-type thermocouple, but the test result error is very big. I have asked the question four months ago, Cole Macias suggested me to set single shot instead of continuous mode, I check the setting, I have set the MODE bit as "1" (1 = Power-down and single-shot mode (default)), but the error is still very big. I don't know how to solve the problem, could you please give me some further suggestion? Thanks!

    Hey Wencang,

    I remember that thread, apologizes that it didn't fix the issue.

    Can you describe temperature your seeing as well as the calculation from codes to voltage and temp? I'd like to understand what "big error" means. <1% error is a bit different than 1000% error.
