TX7332: How To Control TX7332?

Hi TI
we are developing a new ultrosound product using TX7332s +AFE58JD48s. and we have some questions with these two chips:
1、the active T/R switch in TX7332 can be controlled with PIN_EN_TR and TR_EN_n, but each PIN_EN_TR will affect eigth channels, and it costs much time to change TR_EN_n regisiter with SPI, how can we control each channel separately and instantly?
2、for all I know, ton and toff of the active T/R switch in TX7332 are 0.5us and 1.75us, that's too long for the application of ultrasound NDT. how can we set the TX7332 to make the Pulser output and T/R switch output open in the same time?
