How is the current consumption at REF pin?

Since customer would like to use REF3325 for DAC8004 and ADS8354 on PLC system, we'd like to estimate how much current that REF3325 is able to support?

REF3325 output current is up to 5mA,max.

Hi Brian,

Can you please clarify the ADC part number you are asking? You mentioned ADS8584S in the thread title, however you were talking about ADS8354 in the thread.

Hi Brian,

As an external Vref is used, only internal reference buffer is connected to the REFIO input. It is a high-impedance input and the current drawn at this node will be the input bias current of the reference buffer which is less than 10uA at 125C.
