ADS1278-SP: Affects on TDOHD (and other Dout timing parameters) when DVDD exceeds 1.95V

Hello TI team,

In our box have a operational scenario where DVDD exceeds 1.95V, but stays below absolute max of 3.6V (roughly 2.1V). I'm wondering if there's any data on how much TDOHD decreases from 10 nS at voltages above 1.95V on DVDD?

Hello Will,

I was not able to find additional data for extended DVDD operating range for the ADS1278-SP, but the commercial version ADS1278 uses the same digital cells, is specified over a DVDD range from 1.65 V to 2.2V and has the same 10nsec minimum for t-DOHD.

For the ADS1278-SP

Is there any concerns operating the space part DVDD up to 2.2V?

Hi Steve,

The -SP part should operate the same as the commercial version over the same environmental conditions, -40C to +105C, and no exposure to radiation. There may be some degradation at the extended temperature range of -55C to 125C. In addition, I do not have any data with DVDD above 1.95V when exposed to radiation, so there may be issues in this condition as well.
