DAC81416: Procedure for accessing DAC 81416 by registers mentioned in the datasheet

Can you provide more detail about your concerns? Have you confirmed your communication with a logic analyzer or oscilloscope? Have you confirmed the device is correctly powered and configured in your PCB?

I have confirmed the communication with logic analyser, it's working fine. Can u some provide details regarding configuring the registers mentioned in the datasheet?. I am not getting required output voltage at pins of IC.

Can you share your schematic?

Start by writing 0x0000 to the GENCONFIG register.  This will enable the reference.  You can externally measure the reference pin to confirm that you successfully wrote to it.
