ADS1282EVM-PDK: Can not get 2chs output

Hi Team,

A Japanese customer has a issue on ADS1282EVM, he requested me the post this issue in English,
He used ADCPro software to measure 2chs, and only 1ch was output.
He Select 'AINP1/AINN1 and AINP2/AINN2' from the Controls tab.
He wanna know how to get 2chs output.
Connect EVM according to the user guide.
Press the Acquire button to measure under the following status.

When wakeup appears, an error called ’Wait time exceeds limit ‘occurs.

could you please confirm if there is any setting mistake?

    Hi Frank,

    As a general reminder, the ADS1282 has a MUX at the input of the ADC and is not a simultaneously sampling device. Selecting 'AINP1/AINN1 and AINP2/AINN2' means that Input 1 and Input 2 are shorted together internally and it will be very difficult to see the two channel data separately. The correct selection would be 'AINP1 and AINN1' in the GUI for channel 1 data and 'AINP2 and AINN2' for channel 2 data.

    As for "wait time" error, what did the customer do to receive this error? What is when clicking the collect button or something else? Do you have proof of good data being collected from the ADS1282? In general, the wait time error usually refers to a failure to connect to the device.
