The pinout of the IBIS model for the ADS1278-SP does not match the pinout of the actual part. The IBIS model only has 64 pins where the real part has 84 pins. I also noticed that IBIS model dates back to 2008 but I don't think the ADS1278-SP was around back then. So I question whether this model is even correct or not.
Please advise if there is an updated IBIS model for this part.

Hello Erik,
The ADS1278-SP IBIS model is a duplicate of the ADS1278 commercial version. There will be slight differences in the package parasitic values between the ceramic and plastic versions, but this is the only model that we have available and should provide fairly similar results.
Unfortunately, the pinout was not updated correctly. Below are the correct pin mappings for the 84pin ceramic package.
