ADS1292R: What's the AC reactance impedance of ADS1292R when it is used to measure physiological electrical signal like EMG?

When I used ADS1292R to measure EMG, it occurs a baseline drift problem when the muscale is activated, I infer that it is because the anti-impedance of ADS1292R is too small, but in the data sheet, I cannot find the AC anti-impedance of ADS1292R，only for DC.

Hi,

Would you please explain a little bit more what AC reactance impedance of ADS129xR you are referring to? e.g. what does that mean and where are you thinking, inside the chip or on the evaluation kit/board(EVM)?

Baseline drift could also be due to breath, respiration, motions, electrodes/patches materials and/or cables/wires materials, length and/or whether use the RLD and/or how the GND and/of product are designed.

Also, power cleanness, PC and/or power adapter connection or not.

How fast or slow are the baseline drift?

Hi,

The AC reactance impedance actually means that when the biometric signal is used as input, it has impedance due to human's body. Usually, this impedance is up to 10-100kΩ. I wonder whether it is the reason cause the baseline drift, since the ADS1292R may not tolarate such a largh impedance. In the data sheet, I cannot fine the amplifier input impedance, can you tell me?
