ADS1292R: What's the AC reactance impedance of ADS1292R when it is used to measure physiological electrical signal like EMG?

Part Number: ADS1292R

When I used ADS1292R to measure EMG, it occurs a baseline drift problem when the muscale is activated, I infer that it is because the anti-impedance of ADS1292R is too small, but in the data sheet, I cannot find the AC anti-impedance of ADS1292R,only for DC.
