Our Customer use ADS1118 in HV DC sensing, when they do ESD test at GND pin, they found that our device' VDD pin will have a surge voltage, about 20V, which influence ADC read 0 value during that time, could you pls give some suggestion for that? Or share some relevant ESD test report, thanks.

Can you provide a schematic of your system, oscilloscope shots for the tests you are performing, as well as the specific configuration of the ESD tests you are running?
The ESD ratings and the way the tests are run are included in the datasheet in Table 7.2. I have copied that information below
