I have an ADS1299EEG FE PDK with MMB0 Rev D, I am running Windows 10 Pro with the latest software from the TI website.
I cannot get the board to record, I get as far as two points.
1. The board times out with error: "The firmware has failed to load due to a timeout condition. Please reset the hardware to continue loading the firmware." and get stuck in this loop. I have tried opening the software with the board on and off.
2. I can get the software to a point where I can click the acquire button, although it is very slow taking ~10mins to load, but when trying to acquire get error: "An error occured with error code 6004lib 1299.lvlib: check_styx_err.vi <ERR> cannot get a fid / ads1299evm / data

The board initially registers as MM0 (NI-VISA), then changes to USBStyx and does load in scenario 2.
I have checked the forum for other members that are having the same issue but cannot seem to remedy this.
