DAC63002: Application for 4 to 20mA

Dear team, 

My customer are considering DAC for voltage and current output. The requirement is like below

- Voltage output and 4 to 20mA current output

- I2C interface 

Is there any solution for 4 to 20mA current output using DAC63002 like DAC7760? 

If there is application note for this function using smart DAC, let me know.

    Hi Dino,

    The DAC63002 cannot drive 4 to 20 mA on its own like the DAC7760. It doesn't look like we have any I2C 4 to 20mA DACs. I will double check with my team to see if there are any other integrated I2C solutions. 

    Another option is to use an I2C capable DAC to drive a discrete 4 to 20mA output stage.
