it would be nice, if you could provide an exact Formula for the Settling Time of those digital Filters (especially for sinc3 and sinc3+1) too.

The digital filter on the ADS130B04-Q1 is a linear phase low-pass sinc-type filter, so it applies a same constant delay on all frequency sine waves. The settling time of the digital filter for each OSR can be found in the following table 8-5 in the datasheet.

Please see the following phase response formulas for the digital filter on ADS130B04-Q1 which was derived by my colleague:

• SINC3 only when OSR <= 1024

            ϕ(f)=-(3πf(OSR-1))/fmod

• SINC3 +SINC1 when OSR > 1024

            ϕ(f)=-((3πf(OSR1-1))/fmod+ (πf∗OSR1∗(OSR2-1))/fmod), where OSR1 = 1024 and OSR2 = OSR/1024

this is great and exactly what i was looking for. Can you do me a Favor and ask your Colleague for the Formulas describing the Amplitude in Dependency of the Frequency too? That would be very kind. I had a look at these in the Datasheet, but there was only one Formula for the sinc3 but not for the sinc1 or sinc3+1.
