ADS122U04EVM: Connection issues with EVM software

Welcome to the E2E forum!  There are two software installs required.  The first is the main application GUI you show as running which is the base application for a number of EVMs.  The second is a device package for the specific EVM connected.  The GUI is located on the EVM device page for the EVM you are using.  For the ADS122U04EVM the link for the software is ADS122U04EVM-DVCPKG.  Halt the main application GUI before installing the device package.  Then download and install the device package for your EVM.  Make sure the device package matches the EVM as there is also an ADS112U04EVM.

In the console tab, I get the following ID:

ADS122U04 May/23/2017/09:48:09

Here's what I have in the >This PC > Documents > DSEvalSW directory. I don't see a Devices > ADS122U04 directory.

FYI, I installed my files as a different user, my Admin Signon which is different from my normal login.

If I log in as my Admin User, everything works fine. It looks like I'll have to copy some of the installed files to a flash drive when logged into my Admin account, then copy them in under my normal login.
