LMP92066: Data Retention up to 13 years

Hello, I asked a question 3 years ago about data retention over a period of ten years. My application has now extended to 13 years, and I would like to know if the LMP92066 would retain its data for this new period.

Hi Christopher,

That should not be a problem. You can review our qualification stress levels, specifically our high-temperature over-life testing (HTOL). That provides an accelerated life stress for the device. Your application falls within that stress expectation for the EEPROM as well.
