I have the same problem as Matteo in this thread: e2e.ti.com/.../adc32rf54evm-software-and-firmware-setup-issues. I cannot find ADC32RF5xEVM GUI software from the EVM web page www.ti.com/.../ADC32RF54EVM. The link provided in the previous thread is not working anymore.
