Customer tried to test the EVM with its software(download from TI website).
When click the capture function on the software, it will be shutdown in "capture in Progress".
Could you help to solve this problem! What we missing during EVM setup?
Hello Brian,
R81 must be installed in order for the GUI+PHI to work properly with the EVM. It appears R81 has been removed; please ask the customer to reinstall R81.
Also, it appears that the customer is using the external reference buffer. In this case, there will be additional error since the output of the OPA192 will not be able to drive the voltage all the way to the positive supply voltage. Per the OPA192 datasheet, you can expect an error of about 5mV.
