Where should I connect the EXPOSED PAD of ADS8471IBRGZ?

Should I connect it to GND?

Hello Kuwahara-san,

Thank you for your post.

You can connect the exposed pad to the board GND. This pad is only used for thermal and mechanical performance.

For reference, please see Figure 2 (Top - Layer 1) in the ADS8472EVM User Guide.
