Hi Team, 

Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the customer.

"When trying to connect to SAR EVM board, the software always shows the same error:

Interface not initialized<ERR>External Functions.lvlib:GetErrorInfo.vi<ERR>PHI Error Code 2001400
In Get EVMEEPROM Info ARM Error DUT Not Present

I tried with my Desktop PC and laptop. Both show the same error message

The sensor is listed in the device manager."

Please help to advise. Thank you for extending your help.

    Hello Marvin,

    This error will occur if the PHI data capture board is not properly connected to the main EVM board.

    Please make sure that the 2 boards are properly connected to each other, and install the screws as shown in the below picture:

    If the above recommendation does not work, please try a different channel (Channel 1,2 or 3).  If you have additional questions or this does not correct the problem, please let me know.
