I have one question, related with Long-term drift on internal voltage reference.
According to the datasheet, long-term drift parameter is ±25ppm after 1000h operation. I think this data is under Ta=25degree-C for 1000h operation. Is it correct?
After ADS1260 is operated on 125degree-C for 1000h operation, how about long-term drift? Please let us know your comments.

Hi Motoyasu Hattori,
You are correct that the long-term drift (LTD) data shown in the datasheet is specified at 25C.
The original datasheet VREF LTD plot is shown below at 25C out to 2000hrs. At 125C, the curve would likely have the same shape and error (25ppm), however the effects would occur sooner. Instead of 2000 hours, it might only take 2-3 hours to show the same effect. This is called acceleration factor
