    Hello Jimmy,

    MAX1239 is a 12b, 12-channel, I2C SAR.  We do not have anything directly comparable, but here are a few similar options.

    ADS7128;  12b, 8-channel, I2C SAR.  Uses the AVDD supply pin as the reference, which can range from 2.35V to 5.5V.

    ADS7952;  12b, 12-channel, SPI SAR.  Requires an external reference.
