Hello team,

I received a question from the customer.

The datasheet shows INL, gain error, etc. for DC characteristics, but is it possible to provide data on INL, gain error, etc. for AC characteristics?

Hello Masa-san,

These specifications are valid for both AC and DC input signals. Gain error, offset error, INL are measured with DC inputs, but are also applicable with AC inputs.

The THD specification is directly related to INL. INL is typically measured by sweeping a DC input; THD is measured using a 1kHz input sinewave near full scale.
