Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC80501
Looking for a solution to continuously adjust DC offset to an error of less than 100uV. Can the Smart DAC devices be used for this? If not, do you have other recommendations?

Hi John,
What are you trying to adjust the offset of? The DAC53701 has 10-bit resolution and with the smallest reference it has a step size of 2.13mV, but I think the answer to your question will depend on your intended implementation.

Thanks. That answers my question. We will need a step size of no greater than around 50uV.
Hi John,
Got it. We do have 12-bit smart DAC devices but that still won't get you to 50uV. You'll need a 16-bit device with a 3.27-V (or smaller) reference. You can try the DAC80501.
