Can you provide more information? Is the customer testing on their circuit board or EVM? What's their ADC/register configuration? Is the 14000 RAW data they measured for temperature sensor?

Hi Dale, thanks. Since customer connecting bias power of ADS1260 to 3.3V power on AVDD, it would violate the d/s condition. We're just wondering to know if it would cause this fault. In the meantime, we're still asking customer to do the test with 5V power.

Violating the datasheet can definitely lead to a wrong result. Once you are able to provide more information, I can help the customer identify it.
