DAC121S101: Thermal Resistance Values

Part Number: DAC121S101

I'm a mechanical engineer performing a thermal analysis on a few boards.
There are some thermal characteristics I couldn't find in the part's datasheet.

Are any the following thermal resistance values documented for part DAC121S101CIMM/NOPB?
   -junction-to-case
   -junction-to-board
   -case-to-board
