Hi,

I am currently working on a project that requires me to interface the ADS4449 with the Xilinx Platform

It would be grateful that you could provide me with some more detailed instructions on how to connect the ADS4449 to the ZC702 

Specifically, I am interested in the following:

  • What are the required hardware components ( I gues ADS4449EVM and FMC-ADC-ADAPTER)?
  • What are the steps involved in the connection process?
  • Is there any example source code (VHDL, firmware) that I can use?

I would also be grateful if you could provide me with a list of any required kits.

    Hi,

    As you have found, the only required hardware is the ADS4449EVM as well as the FMC-ADC-ADAPTER. To connect, it is simply connect the ADC EVM to the adapter and then connecting the adapter to your Xilinx dev kit. We don't have any example source code for LVDS interface using ZC702. I would suggest the next steps be to use our schematics to identify which FMC pins the LVDS outputs are present on and then searching xilinx's forum for assistance on getting the LVDS interface up and running.
