ADS1262: Reference output oscillating

Hi team,

My customer is using internal reference to provide reference voltage of another DAC device MAX5216, and bypassed by a 1uF capacitor, but find the output oscillating as below: Yellow waveform is REFOUT, Purple waveform is AVDD. Also attach the schematic below, please advice if you need more information, thanks.

    HI Sirui Zhu,

    Can you please put the customer name in the "Notes" section of the Thread Tracking Toolkit at the top of this page?

    Can you share the customer's layout for this board? It would be good to see the placement of the capacitor on REFOUT compared to the IC

    They can also try increasing the REFOUT capacitor from 1uF to 10uF and see if this improves the oscillations
