I get the wrong data output,I want to find out if the circuit or my program cause it.

So how can I get DDC264EVM driver program?

We don’t provide/disclose/share/support example code for the DDC264EVM.

We had a customer who created some sample code to read from DDC1128 EVM. github.com/.../DDC1128EVM
DDC1128EVM uses the same DLL file as DDC264EVM. Though we have not tested the source code, you could check if this helps.
