ADS131E08: Please help check the X-ray inconsistent between different batch and advise

Part Number: ADS131E08

The internal leadframe pattern between our provide parts (D/C:2316) and customer reference parts (D/C:2315) has little inconsistent (see the picture -parts corner with red circle area）, we replied that this maybe caused by different leadframe supplier or batches, and will not affect the quality of parts. And customer still want to get the official reply from TI. Please help check and advise.X-ray inconsistent on different batches

    Hi Alfred,

    You are an electric component reseller, so you should check with the distributor where you bought this product. It should not be a problem or concern as long as you bought it from a TI's authorized distributor.

    Hello Dale,

    Thanks for your advise. We usually bought TI parts from TI's authorized distributor, due to this is an urgent case, firstly we checked with distributor and feedback no stock. Then we bought the part from a longtime supplier. Would you please help confirm if it is normal -different leadframe patterns between different batches? Please help advise.
