ADS8332: difference in parts "B"

Hello,

What is the difference between  ADS8332IBRGET  and  ADS8332IRGET > The Datasheet is not forthcoming with the callout that "B" stands for? 

In some sections of the datasheet, it mentions some differences in tolerance specs. Is that the only difference or does the B have a more call out other than that? looks like, in previous revisions of the datasheets, the ordering table was removed.

    Hi Robert,

    Thank you for your post.

    At first glance, it appears there are some minor spec differences that are called out specifically for ADS8332IB and ADS8332I devices (i.e. INL, DNL, SNR, and THD). I'm checking to see if we can provide any more clarity beyond that.

    Hi Robert - aside from any differences in performance specifications, these two devices are exactly the same. We screen the devices at final test and sort them into bins based on measured performance.
