DXP: DXP DAC Exerciser Programmer :: Vi is not executable.

Part Number: DXP

The installation of the DXP setup was successful without any error. When I open DXP DAC Exerciser Programmer, I'm getting a pop-up showing the VI is not executable. I have attached the pop-up. The DXP_Main.vi will freeze on searching for folder name Common Files.

How to rectify this problem?

Hi Vivek,

What EVM hardware are you using this program with?

We sometimes see this error on computers to do not have the correct version of the Microsoft .NET framework. Please download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=1639 . Most Windows 10 OS PCs do not include this older version of the .NET Framework.

Installing the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 solved the problem.
