NI-VISA driver detected when connected to PC. When DXP is loaded, the device is getting listed in other devices as unknown device, it is not being recognized as USB devices.

Do you have admin rights on the computer. When you ran the installer did you run as administrator? That might help ensure no files are missed in the install.
During the install, did the WinUSB drivers install on your computer. Make sure the EVM is not connected during any step of the installation.

I think we have seen this issue before on windows 10. Basically, Windows 10 requires drivers to be "digitally signed". It can be disabled, but there are a number of steps to accomplish that.

Can you try this? It is a bit of a pain, but it is the only workaround we have for the new driver requirements.
We are working on replacing many of the EVM tools and the DXP software. We currently have the DAC8811 EVM being refreshed and we can sample that to you if you like. It is the single channel version of the DAC8814.
