Hi,
I can see ADC12D1600CCMLS and ADC12D1600CCMPR have different Op Temp (°C) from the datasheet, but is it the only difference? Also, is there a lower grade ADC12D1600QML-SP which can be used as EM part or ADC12D1600CCMPR is the one?
Thanks,

Hi Alex,
Checking on this, please give me until Tuesday to get a confirmation.
Thanks,
Rob
the CCMLS is the model meant for space flight; full temp and full QML class V screening. the CCMPR is an engineering model meant for your prototypes; gets no space screening and 25C testing only (no TID, no class V).
