I understand the performance will be lower, but is it an option?

Hi Zeev,
Theoretically, yes. You can AC couple the single-ended input to INP and ac-couple Ground to INN as shown below.
With a single-ended input, the input swing will be limited to 1Vpp. But you are right, the performance will not be good and you will have to characterize it.
But, why do you want to use a single-ended opamp as opposed to a differential opamp?
