AMC1306M25: aging degradation of offset error

Part Number: AMC1306M25
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMC1350,

Hi team,

Customer wants to know whether the offset error can have aging degradation. They need to know the offset error(+/-100uV min/max) can be increased in two or three times by aging.

Are there any data that can prove that the the offset error can be affected by agigng or can not be affected?

Regards,

Noriyuki Takahashi

  • Hi Takahashi-san,

We have begun specifying this on our newer devices such as the AMC1350. Drift due to again is below measurement capability and therefor specified as typical 0mV.

    (7) Value is below measurement capability

We do not have this data for the AMC1306M25 specifically, but the front end stages are built on the same process and we expect the same negligible drift over lifetime.
