All of the pins listed above must be connected to GND on the PCB. It's possible that one or more may not have an internal connection to the IC, but most will be connected to various analog and digital circuits. Though they are listed as "AGND" and "DGND," it is common best-practice to short them together using a single, solid ground plane.

All ground pins are internally connected to the AGND and DGND nodes within the IC. However, it is imperative that you connect all AGND and DGND pins to the ground plane on the PCB. Performance will not be guaranteed if any of the above pins are left floating.
