Thanks for your question. The ADC128D818 is a 12-bit part. Could you please clarify what you mean by "the actual test is 16bit"?

Our software reading found that it can reach 6553X, if it is 12 bits, the reading can only reach 4096, so there was this question, but now it has been solved, we see other people on the official website have also raised the same problem, according to the reply is reasonable(The register is 16bit, but the conversion voltage is 12bit, using the high 12bits and the low bits filled by 0)
